Tour Highlights Iga-ryu Ninja Museum Ueno Castle Basho Memorial Museum Samurai Residences (Buke-yashiki) Ninja-themed lunch Nara Park(time permitting) Our adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your specified location, where we'll board a train (not included in price) and head to Iga City, Mie Prefecture. As we travel through picturesque landscapes, the excitement builds for the adventure that awaits. Iga-ryu Ninja Museum: Upon arrival in Iga, our first stop is the renowned Iga-ryu Ninja Museum. Immerse yourself in the legendary world of ninjas as we explore ancient ninja residences and witness thrilling demonstrations by guides in authentic ninja attire. Marvel at the extensive collection of ninja weapons, including shuriken and protective gear, and perhaps even opt to witness a heart-pounding ninja combat show. Ueno Castle: Next, we venture to the historic Ueno Castle, constructed by the renowned castle architect Todo Takatora. The towering stone walls and meticulously restored castle tower offer a glimpse into Japan's feudal past. The top floor provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the castle town. Basho Memorial Museum: Our tour continues to significant sites associated with the famous poet Basho, including his birth house and the Basho Memorial Museum located in the serene surroundings of Ueno Park. Samurai Residences (Buke-yashiki): As we wander through the streets of Iga, we encounter authentic samurai residences known as Buke-yashiki. Step back in time to the era of the samurai and marvel at the unique architectural features of these noble warriors' homes. Ninja-themed Lunch: Fuel your ninja spirit with a lunch at a ninja-themed restaurant, where every bite is an experience in itself. Return Journey and Nara Park: As our day in Iga draws to a close, we'll embark on the return journey to Nara Station. Includes Pick-up and drop-off at a preferred hotel (location restrictions apply) Entry to Ninja Museum Ninja Warriors interactive show Visit to Ueno Castle Does not Include Train tickets to/from Iga Lunch at a ninja-themed restaurant Souvenirs Ninja costume (if you prefer to change). This is a Private Tour for up to 6 customers. Pick-up available from Kyoto or Nara. Important: The train ride takes 1-2 hours depending on the pick-up location. If late for a specific train, the sequence of visited places might change.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we're committed to being flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation by You: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Rescheduling by You: Rescheduling is free if requested more than 48 hours in advance. For requests within 48 hours, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, the tour may need to be canceled due to bad weather, force majeure events, or guide illness. If we must cancel the tour more than 12 hours before the scheduled start, a full refund will be provided. If the cancellation happens within 12 hours of the tour, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund, whichever works best for you.
